Simply fill out the form below to order a web page for your business! This form will alert us to begin the creation of your web site. The site will be up in about two (2) weeks after receipt of payment. Unless otherwise specified, all fields must be completed to be listed online. Also please note any pictures to be included on the web site must be emailed separately to webmaster@lawchek.net.

Payment Information

All web pages are $750/yr. This includes unlimited text, links, and a photo of your choice. A web address of yourname.lawsonline.com will also be provided. Checks and Money Orders made payable to Lawchek may be sent to:

Services Page
A great place to itemize services and if relevant - price estimates. And/or you may want to use the page to list common Q & A about your business that potential clients will find useful.

Links
Unlimited Links, so list any sites that you find useful or think potential clients will find interesting. It is recommended that you provide a short description and a title of each page with the URL.
