Susan Alongi has personal experience in process serving, skip tracing and general litigation support areas, including retail property management, finance/loan management, private investigation and legal research, exceeding 26 years.

• Service of Process: The backbone of our process serving department is CREATIVITY, IMPROVISATION, IMAGINATION and ZEAL, and is offered to you in the form of an experienced and skilled staff of full-time, licensed and bonded process servers, all of whom understand that they are your "front line" and always present themselves responsibly and courteously. All are eager and diligent in their work, striving to provide you with proper and timely service of process.

• Process Serving Control: Over our staff of servers is a supervisory staff which constantly checks work in progress to see that nothing is being overlooked. The supervisors are experienced Process Servers themselves and are dedicated to making certain your process is being handled promptly and reliably.

• Return of Service: Our staff of secretaries is responsible for seeing that affidavits of service are properly completed, that charges are correct and affidavits are returned to the appropriate court or client in a timely fashion. A duplicate of the affidavit is returned to the client after service is affected and filed (when applicable).

• Legal Courier Service: You have told us that one of the most import things in the practice of law is for you, as an attorney, to effectively and efficiently utilize your time in an effort to save your client costly fees and at the same time increase your profit margin. Our Legal Courier Service helps attain that goal. Our couriers are competent in the filing, recording and delivery of legal documents to the various courts or clients. Our couriers are highly trained, responsible and take their duties seriously.

• Skip Tracing: The Skip Tracing staff of United Legal Services is experienced in the field of investigation. They are kept quite busy working to locate defendants and witnesses for the Process Serving Department and are also available to our clients for special investigative assignments.

• Foreign Service: We have a large network of associates across the United States and overseas and are of great assistance to the attorney who has foreign service to be made. Whether you need service out of county, out of state or out of the country, you need only to prepare the paperwork and our experienced staff will get it into the right hands for service.

• Document Preparation: Our secretarial staff is proficient in document preparation as well as filing and issuance. In an emergency or otherwise, our staff is prepared to assist you immediately.
