All our rates are based on one (1) man-hour or one man-day and do not cover normal expenses, i.e. records, food, lodging or other reasonable needs. Any extraordinary expenses will be discussed with Clients as the needs arise, with no commitments without the approval of the Clients. Operational miles are billed at 50 cents per mile.

Basic rate in the Las Vegas area during normal working hours, 6:00am to 6:00pm	$ 50.00 per hour
Emergency Call-outs after 6:00pm in the Las Vegas area	$ 65.00 per hour
24-hr continuous operation in Clark County	$ 500.00 per day
Outside Clark County, Nevada*	$ 750.00 per day
Outside Clark County, Nevada*	$ 4,500.00 per week

FIRE CAUSE & ORIGIN EXAMINATIONS

These cases are billed at $ 65.00 per hour plus operational mileage at $ 0.55 per mile. Photography is billed at $ 1.25 per print, plus the cost of one roll of film, negatives and processing included.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
Administrative fees include all in-office operations i.e. set-up working file, local telephone contacts, postage, fax charges computer time and preparation of reports. These are billed at 15% of the billed investigative time. Example: 10 hours investigative time at $ 50 = 500.00 x 0.15 = $ 75 is the Administrative Fee.

Point-to-point travel outside the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, but within the State of Nevada, is billed at $ 20.00 per man-hour for investigative travel, plus $ 0.50 per mile.**

Except for established Clients, we require a retainer fee, the amount of which is based upon the type of assignment and an estimate of the time required to complete the investigation.

* In cases of multiple days outside the Clark County, Nevada, we may require 100% of the estimated travel and living expenses in addition to a retainer fee.

Area #1 - Two Attempts + Service*
     (Basic service is the delivery of one document to any address in
     that portion of Las Vegas bound on the North by OWENS AVE,
     on the East by EASTERN AVE, on the South by SAHARA AVE
     and on the West by RANCHO DR/ROBIN ST)

Area #2 - Two Attempts + Service*
     (Area #2 is that portion of Las Vegas that is outside the boundaries
     of our basic service, but bound on the North by CHEYENNE AVE,
     on the East by NELLIS BLVD, on the South by TROPICANA AVE
     and on the West by RAINBOW BLVD)

Area #3 - Two Attempts + Service*
     (Area #3 is that portion of the Las Vegas Valley outside the boundaries
     of Area #2, but bound on the North by WASHBURN RD, on the East by
     HOLLYWOOD BLVD, on the South by SUNSET RD and on the West by
     DURANGO)

     (Area #4 is that portion of the Las Vegas Valley outside the boundaries
     of Area #3 and includes suburban areas such as The Lakes,
     Desert Shores, etc.)
