INTRODUCTION

American Legal Resources, Inc. (ALR), licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to conduct private investigations, also provides comprehensive litigation support and service of process for the legal community in the Boston area.

Our investigative and support specialties extend into a broad range of concentrations, such as background profiles and pre-employment screening, complete due diligence and asset searches, investigative consultations and other similar inquiries.  Moreover, ALR has the ability to provide service of civil process, a full range of court filings and document retrieval statewide.

ALR holds membership in The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce; The Licensed Private Detectives Association of Massachusetts, Inc.; The High Technology Crime Investigation Associate (HTCIA); The International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (I.A.F.C.I.); Process Servers (NAPPS).  Additionally, the Massachusetts Criminal History Systems Board has authorized ALR for access to Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) in relation to background and employment issues.

John T. Burke is a licensed private investigator in the State of Massachusetts.  He has a broad range of investigative experience to include due diligence, asset search, and pre-employment screening investigations.  John is an experienced interviewer and report writer.  This comes from a lifetime of investigative and law enforcement experience.  John has his own investigative agency that also offers document retrieval and civil process serving for area law firms.

John served as Investigative Analyst with State Street Bank and Trust Company, Boston, Massachusetts, coordinating both international and domestic due diligence investigations for them.

Prior to this John completed a 32 year career with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  During this career, John served as both supervisor and lead investigator in numerous complex investigations.  He served on the New England Financial Crimes Task Force responsible for investigating complex bank fraud violations, including internal fraud, bankruptcy fraud and money laundering.

John was supervisor of the New England Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force, coordinating joint investigations with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.

John received numerous recommendations and awards, for his successes as an investigator.

John has him M.S. in Criminal Justice from Fitchburg State College, and a B.A. in History from Franklin Pierce College.
