  Pertaining to Service of Process, we effectively expedite the delivery of legal documents in accordance with all State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with respect to service of process. We are Professional Private Process Servers, not a low budget sub-standard courier service. You can rest assured that whichever the type of legal document, you can be confident that procedure of service is fully observed by professionals. Our goal is to affect service in the least amount of time with a most professional approach. We don’t use the tough-guy, “Vinnie sent me approach.” Nor do we tie the papers to a rock and throw it through the window. We won’t serve by refusal just because nobody answered the door. Our professional servers have paralegal training, work experience in law firms, and experience from employment in State agencies (formerly State certified with investigation and paralegal experience). As professionals, we are fully aware that by leaving legal papers with parties not qualified to accept service or to wrong parties by not properly identifying them, will not bring forth the proper result. These results can be costly and are not timely. This ultimately results in unsatisfied clientele. In the end, sub-standard service translates to unnecessarily spent time and efforts. Having been experienced Criminal Defense Investigators and Law enforcement for public agencies and worked for legal firms, we are familiar with most all aspects of criminal and civil case pre-trial preparations. Our Qualifications are in Legal Investigations; Public Defender Office experience and paralegal studies, Law Enforcement; Casino Security Supervisor & Surveillance Management and P.O.S.T. certified including interviewing techniques and document and evidence gathering. We certainly welcome court-appointed/alternative defense counsel case budgets. In all other cases our fees are established ahead of time on a case-by-case basis. We also offer a wide range of “customized investigation packages.” Whether it be for pre-employment background screening, background investigations of private individuals involved in family law matters, Parental responsibility matters, witnesses in criminal defense cases or of principals of private corporations; these packages can help better prepare your case theories and save billable hours and in-house time for other cases.
