Background / biographical information: 


Larry A. Webb

As founder and principal (since 1960) of "Capitol Corporations", which includes Capitol Detective Agency, Inc., Capitol Guard & Patrol, Inc., and Capitol Services, Inc., Mr. Webb has over forty years of national and international investigative experience.

He has had the honor of being President (1989-90) and Chairman of the Board (1990-91) of the World Association of Detectives (WAD).  This association includes investigative organizations from sixty-six countries and is the largest and most prestigious group of its kind.

Mr. Webb is responsible for establishing the Private Investigators License requirement for the State of Arizona and founding the Arizona Association of Licensed Private Investigators (AALPI) in 1973.  In addition, he is a founding member of the World Investigations Network (WIN) and one of 26 founders of the National Council of Investigators and Security Services (NCISS), a large nation-wide organization.

He has received awards and honors from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), the government of Israel (specifically from General Yigil Marcus, the highest-ranking law enforcement officer in Israel), the Israel Police Department, and the Phoenix 100 Club. Mr. Webb was also awarded the Investigator of the Year Award in 1996 presented by the Association of British Investigators.

Mr. Webb has successfully investigated over 28,000 cases in over 30 countries.
