• Chairman of the Board and President of Standard Management Company, has operated 6,000 apartment units, a mobile home park, 2,185,000 sq. ft. gross tenable commercial space in 13 shopping centers, four office buildings, and 918,185 sq. ft. of industrial properties, totaling approximately $400,000,000 of market value.
• Arranged numerous loans secured by real property as a loan broker and principal.
• As a developer, have dealt with insurance companies, pension funds, banks and thrifts as a borrower and purchaser of distressed assets.
• Formerly principal in Freshman, Marantz, Orlanski, Cooper & Klein law corporation, Beverly Hills, California.
• Formerly Director-Secretary of Banner Gelatin Products Corporation, a pharmaceutical firm doing over $40,000,000 per year gross business.
• Formerly Chairman of the Board, Trans-State Title Company, Los Angeles, CA.
• Formerly Chairman of the Board, Bank of Los Angeles (Main office, downtown Los Angeles with branches in Altadena and Highland Park), served as Chairman of the Loan Committee and Chairman of the Executive Committee.
