ft. gross tenable commercial space in 13 shopping centers, four office buildings, and
918,185 sq. ft. of industrial properties, totaling approximately $400,000,000 of market
value.
- Arranged numerous loans secured by real property as a
loan broker and principal.
- As a developer, have dealt with insurance companies,
pension funds, banks and thrifts as a borrower and purchaser of distressed assets.
- Formerly principal in Freshman, Marantz, Orlanski,
Cooper & Klein law corporation, Beverly Hills, California.
- Formerly Director-Secretary of Banner Gelatin
Products Corporation, a pharmaceutical firm doing over $40,000,000 per year gross
business.
- Formerly Chairman of the Board, Trans-State Title
Company, Los Angeles, CA.
- Formerly Chairman of the Board, Bank of Los Angeles
