  • Chairman of the Board and President of Standard Management Company, has operated 6,000 apartment units, a mobile home park, 2,185,000 sq. ft. gross tenable commercial space in 13 shopping centers, four office buildings, and 918,185 sq. ft. of industrial properties, totaling approximately $400,000,000 of market value.
  • Arranged numerous loans secured by real property as a loan broker and principal.
  • As a developer, have dealt with insurance companies, pension funds, banks and thrifts as a borrower and purchaser of distressed assets.
  • Formerly principal in Freshman, Marantz, Orlanski, Cooper & Klein law corporation, Beverly Hills, California.
  • Formerly Director-Secretary of Banner Gelatin Products Corporation, a pharmaceutical firm doing over $40,000,000 per year gross business.
