F. Cerlanek is a Certified Document Examiner and President of
SignaScan, Inc., a state of the art Forensic Laboratory involved
in research and analysis of Questioned Documents and
Handwritings, since 1987. Over one million dollars
invested in research and equipment. Offices in northern
and southern California. Mr. Cerlanek has worked and given
expert opinions on over 3000 questioned document cases; holds
five U.S. Patents in forensics, involving Signature
Verification, Handwriting Analysis, Document Analysis, and
Datable Inks; is an MCLE Certified Instructor; is a Court
Qualified Expert Witness, with a proud record of accurate and
effective results - (less than 1% of 3000 cases worked, went to
trial); has testified in over 100 Arbitrations and 20 Trials, in
Municipal and Superior Courts in California.

Our
equipment and reliable scientific analysis can provide the
conclusive, objective evidence, to strongly support your

reports with pictures of the evidence found; and presentations
with convincing exhibits - so the Judge and Jury can see the
evidence, for themselves. Analysis is performed on a
patented "Computer Aided Document Analysis System"
which affords: variable microscope viewing (1 to 700 X);
precision measurements within 1/10,000th of an inch; dual image
equalizations and overlays - for precise overlay comparisons, at
varying magnifications; hi-resolution, dual monitor viewing;
top, bottom and oblique lighting, of varying frequencies; image
captures; computer software aided analysis; and the creation of
effective evidence exhibits.
