Retention
of Services
The contractual
acceptance of a case is finalized by a non-refundable fee, consisting of a three (3) hour
minimum, coupled with a letter of request that provides an overview and a problem
statement concerning the request for services.

PAYMENT OF ALL INVOICES UPON PRESENTATION.
THE UNDERSTANDING WITH
RETAINERS AND ALL FEES FOR SERVICES AND COSTS
IS THAT PAYMENT WILL BE UNDERTAKEN ON
THE ATTORNEY'S CHECK,
NOT THAT OF THE ATTORNEY'S CLIENT.
