Send $250 together with a completed copy of the two-page evaluation form and other information requested on the two pages.  This should include additional statements by your client and any extended answers to particular questions, as well as photocopies of all pertinent documents in the case, including Police reports, Alcohol test reports, Accident reports, etc.

Upon receipt of the information and fee, Dr. Schenk will evaluate the information provided, construct an alcohol curve, and write you a brief report concerning the case, indicating his opinion as to useful defense issues in the case.

If your client drank beer, it is important to know the kind of beer as well as the amount and the time of consumption.  If wine or liquor was consumed, it is also important to know the brand name, the amount and time of consumption.  The amounts and time of food consumption as well as the amounts of any drugs, particularly anti-histamines or cold tablets, are important to be reported.

Please provide your client with a photocopy of the
DWI Defensibility Forms.
