Content - Does the state possess a Homepage? Are
court cases available online and how far back do they date? Are state codes accessible
online? Out of the 50 states in the U.S., eight (Alabama, Delaware, Iowa, Kentucky, Nevada, Rhode Island, Texas and West Virginia) do not publish their court cases online and six (Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois and Louisiana) do not post their state codes online. Of these fourteen states with incomplete online resources, some are under construction and in the process of updating their sites to include court cases and state codes. We've compiled our research data and composed a chart that illustrates the results of our survey. If you wish to visit a particular state homepage, click on the state name and you will be taken directly to their site. For a comprehensive evaluation of a particular state site, click on "MORE" under the Comments section of the state in which you wish to view a report.
